Because in true alcohol-removed wine, all of the aromas, flavours and character come from the base wine. For the finished wine to be expressive, complex and engaging, the base wine must have great character and intensity before the alcohol is removed.

Serve PARAGRAPH as you would any wine, in a wine glass, with time to open. The Tempranillo is best at 14 to 16°C, lightly cool rather than at room temperature. The Chardonnay is best at 6 to 8°C, properly chilled. Either can be enjoyed on its own or alongside food.

Our Tempranillo comes from Spain, from vineyards above 700 metres, and our Chardonnay from Southwest France, under Atlantic and Pyrenean influences. Both are crafted from premium base wines by respected growers and wineries, then carefully dealcoholised to preserve their character.

Store PARAGRAPH as you would a regular red wine — in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Once opened, keep refrigerated.

Treat either wine the same as its full-alcohol equivalent. Both are best within 2–3 days of opening, recapped tightly and refrigerated.

Decanting and aerating for 1 hour after opening will help unlock the complex aromas — much the same as a premium full-alcohol red wine.
