A highly accomplished winemaker with experience across New Zealand, Bordeaux, and California. Formerly Chief Winemaker at Giesen Group, where he helped pioneer the world's first 0% Sauvignon Blanc. At Paragraph, he brings traditional craft and modern expertise to one of winemaking's most demanding challenges.
