More Ways to Wine

We craft fine, alcohol-removed wines from expressive wine regions — shaped by thoughtful winemaking, offering wine lovers more moments to raise a glass.

Our Philosophy

Because great wine is not defined by what is taken away, but by what remains.

More Ways to Experience Wine

Wine has never been just one thing. It moves easily from the everyday to the exceptional, from a quiet glass to a shared table.

What's changing is not the role of wine, but the range of moments it can belong to — moments that are lighter, more flexible, yet no less meaningful. Paragraph opens that space with wines that carry the structure, balance, and intent of fine winemaking, made for more occasions, without compromise.

More Ways to Make Wine

Making wine without alcohol starts the same way as any fine wine — with intent, selection, and precision at every step.

It begins with premium base wines from selected Spanish vineyards, chosen for their structure, aromatic intensity, and depth. High-altitude sites and old vines bring freshness, balance, and complexity.

Alcohol is then gently removed at low temperature, with aroma recovery to preserve the wine's character. No additives. No added flavours. Low in sugar, around 1g per 100ml.

03 — Taste

More Ways to Taste Wine

Tasting has always been at the heart of wine — an act of attention to structure, balance, and what unfolds in the glass.

Approached this way, alcohol-removed wine asks for the same mindset. Not a focus on what is missing, but on what is present — texture, freshness, aromatic expression, and length. Paragraph invites wine lovers to taste with confidence, using the same language and habits that belong to wine. With food. With time. With attention.

Our Philosophy

Serious wine, thoughtfully reimagined — structured, expressive, and complete, even without alcohol.
