High aromatic intensity defines this wine from the first pour. Dark berry fruit unfolds alongside vanilla and toasted oak, gradually evolving toward more complex leather and tobacco notes.
Layered and structured, it combines ripe fruit, oak influence, and tertiary nuances, supported by fine, polished tannins. The result is a light-to-medium body wine that is dry and balanced, with precision and length on the palate.

The foundation begins with premium base wines sourced from exceptional Spanish vineyards — selected through extensive tastings for aromatic intensity, precision, tannin quality, complexity, and structural depth.
The final blend is carefully built from high-altitude vineyards above 700 metres, with old-vine parcels layered in for concentration, and multiple vintages combined for aromatic depth.
Alcohol is gently removed at low temperature using vacuum distillation — the most aroma-preserving method available today. An integrated aroma recovery system captures and reintegrates the authentic flavour profile, without added ingredients.
