Shipping and Delivery

Paragraph is obligated to deliver the products purchased by the user to the address indicated by the user for this purpose on the order form. In the event of omission or error in completing this information, Paragraph is not responsible for any resulting inconvenience, and any reshipping costs will be borne by the user. Under no circumstances will shipments be made to P.O. boxes or public phone booths.

Deliveries will only be made within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, via courier. Paragraph reserves the right to change the shipping method and courier service, regardless of what is stated on these pages, provided that it does not cause any significant inconvenience to the user.

The order placed by the user will be delivered to its destination within a maximum period of ten (10) working days for mainland destinations and fifteen (15) working days to the Balearic Islands, starting from the payment of the purchase; except for orders paid through bank transfer in which case the period will be calculated from the issuance via email of the confirmation of receipt of the payment in the account of Paragraph.

Responsibility for the items remains with us until the customer receives the shipment, unless the customer expressly chooses a different shipping method than the one proposed by Paragraph, in which case our responsibility would end upon collection of the shipment from our warehouse.

In the event that reasons of force majeure do not allow the delivery of the order within the established period, Paragraph undertakes to inform the user as soon as possible of the new expected delivery date, in which case Paragraph will be released from the commitment indicated in the previous section.

If the courier company or transport company is unable to make the delivery because there is no one to receive the shipment at the indicated destination, the courier company itself will provide instructions to the user to arrange a new delivery date.

Upon receipt, the user must verify that the order matches the quantity and type of product requested. If there is any discrepancy, the user must follow the instructions in our Return and Refund policy.

For the purposes of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the "delivery" of the product shall be understood to have taken place when you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by the signature of the order receipt at the agreed delivery address.

Depending on the delivery method selected by the customer, shipping costs will be added to the final purchase price. However, the customer will always be informed of the associated shipping costs before confirming their order. The customer's acceptance of the 'General Terms and Conditions of Sale' will always imply acceptance of the shipping costs.

We inform you that the indicated shipping costs are:

For mainland Spain: €7.50 single bottle orders

Balearic Islands: €20 single bottle and three bottle orders

Shipping is free for purchases over €69 to the mainland and for purchases over €124 to the Balearic Islands.
