6. Product and Regulatory Information

6.1 Product Classification

The products offered on this website are dealcoholised or non-alcoholic wines as defined under applicable European Union legislation, including Regulation (EU) 1308/2013 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/33.

Products labelled as “dealcoholised” contain no more than 0.5% alcohol by volume (ABV). Products labelled as “partially dealcoholised” contain more than 0.5% ABV but less than the minimum ABV of the original wine category prior to dealcoholisation.

These products are derived from grapes and produced using authorised dealcoholisation processes. They are not grape juice, soft drinks, or aromatised beverages.

6.2 Labelling and Nutritional Information

In accordance with applicable EU legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2021/2117, products may include ingredient lists, allergen declarations, and nutritional information via physical labels and/or digital means such as QR codes or electronic labels.

Allergen information — including sulphites where present at concentrations above 10 mg/litre — is indicated on the product label and/or the relevant product page.

Certain products may display a minimum durability date. This date indicates the period during which the product is expected to retain its intended characteristics.

6.3 Storage and Handling

Dealcoholised wines may be more sensitive to temperature and light than standard wines.

Products should be stored in a cool, dark place and, where indicated, refrigerated after opening.

The Company shall not be responsible for deterioration resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery, without prejudice to applicable consumer rights.

6.4 Health and Consumption Information

Dealcoholised products may contain trace amounts of alcohol (up to 0.5% ABV).

Individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing alcohol dependency, or who have been advised to avoid alcohol should seek appropriate professional advice before consumption.

No content on this website constitutes medical advice. Consumption of products is the responsibility of the consumer.

6.5 Geographic Scope

This website is intended for sales within Spain.

Orders delivered to other jurisdictions may be subject to local laws, import restrictions, taxes, or additional requirements.

The user is responsible for ensuring that the importation and consumption of products in the destination country is lawful.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for issues arising from non-compliance with regulations outside Spain.

The Company assumes no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of such external websites.

Access to such websites is at the user’s own risk.

Any such modifications shall take effect upon publication on the website.
